Frupta Tropicana

Swapping pineapples for limes, the second rendition of our Frupta Tropicana hails from the central region of high mountains in the state of Veracruz. 

35% of this small group of producers are from the Nahuatl ethnic group, and are all at least 3rd generation and partook in the introduction of new coffee varieties that are of high quality, productive, and resistant to coffee leaf rust. 

Overall notes:  Lemon, lime, medium body and cane sugar finish

Roast level:  Light Medium

Brew Methods: Versatile, good with all brew methods, especially bright on pour over and filter,  fruity for espresso.
